Shipping
- Coverage: Delivery is available across the State of Kuwait.
- Delivery Fees: Fees vary by governorate/area and are set by the delivery company (K Sweet does not control delivery pricing).
- Preparation Time (Cupcake Bouquets):
Common colors (Red, Pink, Purple, Off-White): usually ready in ~2 hours (subject to availability).
Custom colors/designs (e.g., Blue/Green or designs like “Sunflower”): require at least 3 hours chilling after confirmation → typically delivered within ~4 hours. - Ordering: Ordering 1 day in advance is recommended. Same-day orders may be accepted based on availability.
- Temperature-Controlled Delivery: Delivered in a chilled ice box with frozen gel packs to protect quality and presentation.
- Payment Methods:
Cash on delivery, or
Bank payment link (must be paid before dispatch). - Delays: If delivery is delayed beyond the confirmed time, you receive a 10% discount.
- In-Store Pick-Up: 10% discount on all pick-up orders.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in route or upon arrival.
- Replacement Eligible If: Product arrives with issues such as melting/instability, damaged presentation, or packaging defects.
- If Eligible: We will collect the order immediately, provide a replacement, and offer a reasonable discount if re-preparation/re-delivery causes delay.
- Quality & Food Safety: We follow strict quality and hygiene standards. K Sweet assumes full responsibility if these standards are not met.
